This is a full time marketing management position reporting to the president of the company. The primary responsibility is to generate new business demand by identifying, developing and managing the marketing and promotional activities of the company while working managing a prudent budget. NeoSpire’s target market is a broad segment of companies with web based mission critical applications. Knowledge of social networking and search engine marketing is recommended. Included is marketing to potential partners who could operate as additional marketing and sales channels.
Responsibilities:
As marketing manager your responsibilities include.
- Web marketing for lead development
- Nurture marketing programs
- Developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans
- Developing effective promotional strategies for demand creation
- Continue to evolve and package communications to drive brand awareness
Measurement:
The marketing and promotional position will be measured by the prospect demand and number and quality of leads that is generated for NeoSpire’s products and services.

Education:
College degree in Marketing is required. An MBA in Marketing is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
The compensation package is competitive and is based on a reward for performance structure. The range is from $40K to $60K depending on experience and expertise. There are accelerators and bonus incentives for successful achievement.
