

Mike Krzyzewski has been the Head Basketball Coach at Duke University for 20 years. In that time, his teams have won two National Championships, achieved eight "Final Four" appearances, and he has earned the highest winning percentage in NCAA tournaments of any active coach. Mr. Krzyzewski was given Duke University's highest award - the Medal of Honor - in 1997. Mr. Krzyzewski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy.

Mr. Bostock began his career at Benton & Bowles in 1964. He was named President of D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Inc. following the merger of Benton & Bowles with D’Arcy MacManus Masius in 1985. Mr. Bostock added Chief Operating Officer to his title in 1988 before taking the helm as Chairman and Chief Executive two years later. After the acquisition of N.W. Ayer in 1996, DMB&B Inc. was reorganized and renamed the MacManus Group. Mr. Bostock assumed his current position as Chairman of the Bcom3 Group in February 2000, when the Leo Group merged with the MacManus Group creating Bcom3. He also serves as a Trustee of Duke University; a member of the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke; a Trustee/Director of the United Way of New York City; a Trustee of the U.S. Ski Team Foundation; a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development; and a member of the NCAA Foundation Board of Directors.

Andy Stern is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sunwest Communications, Inc., one of Dallas' leading independent public relations companies. From 1975 until 1977, he served as Staff Assistant to President Gerald R. Ford at The White House. Mr. Stern held senior corporate investor and public relations positions with Wylain, Inc. and Associates First Capital from 1977 until forming Sunwest Communications in 1982. He currently serves as chairman of The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza and Medical City Dallas Hospital, and is a board member of Dallas National Bank, the University of Texas at Dallas, the GTE Byron Nelson Classic PGA Tournament, and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.

Mr. Wilson became Chairman of Northwest Airlines, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Wilson also serves as a Director of the Walt Disney Company. He joined Disney in 1985 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as a Director. Before joining Disney, Mr. Wilson served for 11 years in executive positions at Marriott Corp., including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wilson serves on the Board of Directors of Yahoo!, the Board of Trustees of Duke University, the Board of Visitors at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke, and the Board of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Foundation.

DeWayne A. Nelon has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and is currently President, North America for CMG Wireless Data Solutions with complete responsibility for CMG's North American markets. Prior to joining CMG, Mr. Nelon served as Vice-President and General Manager with XO Communications, where he had complete responsibility for XO's North Texas markets. Prior to joining XO, Mr. Nelon spent several years with Northern Telecom (Nortel) in Richardson, Texas. Mr. Nelon was instrumental in Nortel's success in the New Entrant marketplace through his innovative approach to marketing and his guidance of Nortel's product line. Thanks to the foundations laid by Mr. Nelon, Nortel is the number one supplier of switching systems to the CLEC market. Mr. Nelon serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations in North Texas, and is an avid golfer. Mr. Nelon holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas - Dallas.

Mr. Wollman is responsible for the development and implementation of Alliance's Solutions Practices, as well as Alliance's marketing functions. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Wollman was an executive at Platinum Technology where he was Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Wollman also spent time at Whittman-Hart, where he was Director of Strategic Planning. Mr. Wollman then worked for 11 years at Andersen Consulting. At the time of his departure, he was an Associate Partner, running the Americas operations for Andersen's FOUNDATION Software Organization. John received a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in 1986 with a dual concentration in Computer Science and Economics.

Mr. Cantwell brings more than 15 years of management, engineering, and consulting experience in the communications industry with focus on wireless, competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), and Internet Service Provider (ISP) global markets. Mr. Cantwell is responsible for generating industry reports and strategies, and for performing technology diligence in select industry segments. The initial focus is on Wireless Data, Broadband Communications, and Pervasive Internet Infrastructure. Prior to joining Roth, Allen worked with ADC/Saville as Vice President of Integrated Solutions, Product Management; Hewlett Packard as Senior Industry Consultant where he was responsible for business development for wireless telecom solutions in the Americas; Nortel Technologies (BNR) as a member of the scientific staff for special networks analysis and cellular systems engineering teams; and NeoSpire, Inc., an Internet Infrastructure Service Provider, where he designed and implemented a new Managed Services product model.

Mr. Stein is a Senior Managing Director and runs Bear Stearns' Southwest Investment Banking Group. Mr. Stein received a Bachelors degree Magna Cum Laude from Brandeis University where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is a director of Fitz and Floyd, The Men's Wearhouse, Inc., and Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc. He is a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and is a member of the Texas and California Bar.
