Derek Wilson
Chairman

Understanding that, by outsourcing back-end Internet technology, today's companies can better concentrate on their strategy and their market, Derek co-founded NeoSpire along with Mitch Gervis. As the company's chairman, he is responsible for Business Development.

Derek's business background, combined with his extensive experience in the Web hosting industry, has enabled NeoSpire to grow into one of the industry's most successful companies. Prior to NeoSpire, Derek was an Analyst and Partner in Wings Holdings, the leading partnership of the $4 billion Leveraged Buyout of Northwest Airlines, and worked in the Strategic Planning Group at Walt Disney. Derek holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and BA in Economics from Duke University.

Derek serves as Chairman of the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is on the Board of the Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Fuqua School of Business and serves as Vice President of The Duke University Alumni Association. Derek is also a member of The Dallas Chamber of Commerce, The Dallas Museum of Art, The Nasher Sculpture Center and The Nasher Museum at Duke University.


Mitchell Gervis
President & CEO

Mitch is Co-founder, President & CEO of NeoSpire.  Under his leadership NeoSpire has evolved into an industry leading Managed Hosting provider. NeoSpire brings innovative and highly consultative solutions to companies that have mission critical web-based applications.  His eight years of experience running NeoSpire has shaped a highly capable, self-motivated executive, dedicated to the customer and the availability and security of their web-based applications.

Mitch was ahead of the curve in anticipating the rapid expansion of web-based applications and its importance in virtually every business category. In partnership with Derek Wilson, he co-founded NeoSpire as a customer-centric Managed Hosting services provider for mission critical web-based applications. Since day one, Mitch has preached the importance of a customer first culture.

Prior to founding NeoSpire, Mitch worked at Chase Manhattan managing relationships with Internet, technology, and media companies, including Verio, AOL, PSINet, and Interland. Mitch is an active member and on the local board of the Entrepreneur’s Organization. Mitch holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in Business Administration from Tulane University.


Sean Bruton
Director of Business Development

Sean joined the NeoSpire team late in 2000 as a Senior Systems Engineer. Stepping in during the dotcom crash, Sean was instrumental in reinventing NeoSpire as a pioneer of the fully managed hosting market. During his time with NeoSpire, Sean has been driving the development of managed hosting services and new product offerings. As of October of 2006, Sean has taken on the role as the Director of Business Development. Before joining NeoSpire, Sean cut his teeth as a technology consultant in the fast-paced world of technology startups.


Elizabeth Cole
Director of Network Services

Beth came to NeoSpire in 1999. She is directly responsible for NeoSpire’s Network Operations and Customer Support departments. She exhibits a level of customer service rarely seen in these departments at managed hosting providers.

Beth understands the requirement for systems to be up and operational 100% of the time from the client’s side and completely comprehends the work that needs to go into it from NeoSpire’s side.

Before joining the NeoSpire team, Beth held a management position with Six Flags Theme Park. During her tenure at Six Flags, she led the department charged with auditing and theft.


Trey Hardeman
Manager of Sales

Trey is responsible for managing the growth of existing customers as well as implementation of acquisition strategies to ensure that NeoSpire continues its growth in the managed web hosting industry. Trey has been part of the NeoSpire team for five years, and in the managed web hosting industry for eight years. Prior to his time with NeoSpire, Trey was part of the business sales group for Earthlink, Inc. At Earthlink, he used his web hosting knowledge to deliver a full suite of product options to potential business customers.

Trey and his sales team are proud of the relationships they have developed with current NeoSpire customers like the Dallas Stars, Pilgrim’s Pride, and the Dallas Cowboys. Trey puts a large emphasis on teamwork; both within his sales team and between his team and NeoSpire customers. This teamwork is the reason for his success with NeoSpire.


Brad Kent
Regional Manager, Atlanta Office

Brad is one of NeoSpire's original employees, and has built a national corporate sales group to aggressively sell managed services, dedicated servers, and application hosting to growing Internet-centric companies and the high-end of the enterprise market. Brad is an industry expert and has almost six years experience selling managed services and dedicated servers, and currently manages a team of inside and outside sales representatives. He earned his BA as a graduate of Southern Methodist University.


Sherry Sandifer
Manager of Marketing & Public Relations

Sherry, NeoSpire’s right brain, is responsible for leading the marketing, public relations and promotions functions. Over the past 10 years, Sherry has worked in the marketing and public relations fields, in which she has gathered a vast source of experience and knowledge.

Prior to life at NeoSpire, Sherry grew the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit chain of restaurants from 34 to 106 in a two-year span. She also worked in retail marketing for Ridgmar Mall (Macerich) and Grapevine Mills (Millscorp). Current group memberships include Public Relations Society of America and Dallas Ad League. Community relations include volunteer for Junior Achievement and activities volunteer for Gilda’s Club of North Texas. The Optimist Club awarded Sherry the “Speaker of the Year” designation in 2000. Designated as Marketing Innovator of the Year in 2005 by Nations’ Restaurant News Magazine. She graduated with a BS in Management & Administration from Louisiana State University.
