NeoSpire's co-location facility was designed with a focus on security and fault-free redundancy, including fully secured locking cabinets with steel ceiling conduit protecting cords and cables. SpireNet is located in downtown Dallas, Texas. The facility is served by two separate high-speed SONET OC-48-capable fiber optic connections and utilizes multiple Tier-1 Internet backbone providers. The facility is staffed and monitored 24 x 7, and is outfitted with FM200 waterless fire suppression systems, FIKE Pre-Action sprinkler system, multiple Leibert UPS's, back-up generator, and environmental controls to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service.
Co-Located Remote Hosting
This is designed for customers who own their own servers and need remote access but do not need physical access to their servers. We provide space in our secured data center, which houses our managed servers, by placing the customer's servers in our racks and provisioning the servers on our SpireNet network. The monthly fees are based on the server size, number of 100Mbps ports needed on the switch router and the amount of bandwidth needed.
