NeoSpire's co-location services take advantage of SpireNet, which is the systems deployment architecture engineered for NeoSpire's world-class network. SpireNet is located in downtown Dallas, Texas.
NeoSpire has two types of co-location offerings that are tailored to the customer's needs including:
- Co-Located Access Hosting
Designed for customers who own their own servers and need to have physical access to their servers. The colocation facility is a secured environment with 24/7/365 card key access. The racks are completely enclosed and secure. The monthly fees for each rack include the shared SpireNet network, dedicated 100Mbps port(s), dedicated 20AMP power supply(s) and fully burstable data transfer.
- Co-Located Remote Hosting
Designed for customers who own their own servers and need remote access but do not need physical access to their servers. We provide space in our secured data center, which houses our managed servers, by placing the customer's servers in our racks and provisioning the servers on our SpireNet network. The monthly fees are based on the server size, number of 100Mbps ports needed on the switch router and the amount of bandwidth needed.
Those wishing to take advantage of the Remote Access and Managed Colo offerings will work with our provisioning team in the safe delivery of the servers to the NeoSpire facility.
