NeoSpire maintains its own state-of-the-art data center located in downtown Dallas, TX. The facility has fully redundant connectivity and world-class infrastructure. With state-of-the-art monitoring and security systems, the facility provides the highest uptime possible. NeoSpire diligently monitors all power systems, HVAC, network connectivity, fire control, and access technology. NeoSpire maintains its own facility and therefore is able to test and monitor all aspects of the data center to ensure that everything is working correctly. NeoSpire does not co-locate with another provider.
The electrical power system is fully redundant, consisting of dual parallel, uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and a 2,000 KW diesel backup generator - minimizing the possibility of power failures to the lowest possible level.
- Redundant Liebert 450KVa UPS's -- uninterruptible power supply battery backups, powers all servers and equipment during generator startup.
- Caterpillar 2MW (2,000KW) Diesel Generator -- hospital-grade diesel generator provides for all datacenter, operations, and support needs during power outages. Can be refueled without shutting down. The generator is tested weekly.

The NeoSpire data center has nine (9) 30-ton Liebert HVAC systems, so at maximum cooling times, one system can be completely down and not affect room conditions.
- 270 tons of redundant Liebert HVAC cooling capacity
- Glycol-cooled system -- a type of air conditioning system that uses freon as a refrigerant and a water/glycol solution as a condensing medium. The glycol keeps the solution from freezing during winter operation.
- Leak Detection system -- upon detection of any water near critical systems, the Leak Detection system will shut down the offending equipment and sound an alarm so that the issue can be addressed.
Most data centers only have one type of fire protection system (either gas or pre-action sprinklers), the NeoSpire data center is protected by dual fire systems. NeoSpire maintains both FM200 waterless fire suppression and Fike dry pipe pre-action fire protection systems. Thus allowing NeoSpire to offer the best available fire protection.
