NeoSpire Data Center and Network  NeoSpire maintains its own state-of-the-art data center located in downtown Dallas, TX. The facility has fully redundant connectivity and world-class infrastructure. With state-of-the-art monitoring and security systems, the facility provides the highest uptime possible. NeoSpire diligently monitors all power systems, HVAC, network connectivity, fire control, and access technology. NeoSpire maintains its own facility and therefore is able to test and monitor all aspects of the data center to ensure that everything is working correctly. NeoSpire does not co-locate with another provider. Data Center Power Systems  The electrical power system is fully redundant, consisting of dual parallel, uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and a 2,000 KW diesel backup generator - minimizing the possibility of power failures to the lowest possible level.
Environmental Controls The NeoSpire data center has nine (9) 30-ton Liebert HVAC systems, so at maximum cooling times, one system can be completely down and not affect room conditions.
Fire Systems Most data centers only have one type of fire protection system (either gas or pre-action sprinklers), the NeoSpire data center is protected by dual fire systems. NeoSpire maintains both FM200 waterless fire suppression and Fike dry pipe pre-action fire protection systems. Thus allowing NeoSpire to offer the best available fire protection.
Physical Security NeoSpire is committed to providing layered security to safeguard our data center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With three levels of security, entry into the data center is restricted by proximity cards and access codes. Video surveillance and stringent data center escort requirements protect server access. Whether NeoSpire is managing physical site security or the security of your data, we base our security model on authentication, authorization, and accountability.
NeoSpire Network SpireNet SpireNet is the systems deployment architecture engineered for NeoSpire's world-class network. It provides the foundation on which platform architectures are deployed. All platform architectures developed by NeoSpire are implementation-specific, based on redundancy, availability, and reliability requirements, as well as the details set forth in your NeoSpire Service Level Agreement. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is served by two separate high-speed SONET OC-48-capable fiber optic connections and utilizes multiple Tier-1 Internet backbone providers. The facility is fitted with waterless fire-suppression systems, UPS and back-up generators, and environmental controls to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service.
